Wow...just....wow. That is awesome! Like Shawn mentioned, the costume linked to the jaw is a great addition.

It fits really well - feels like wearing a hat.
I've made masks like this (with more complex features) without 3d-printing in the past. The animatronic parts for puppets use the same methods that I used for the costumes:

That's good. I can imagine it's a very tricky balance to get something that looks right and something that fits comfortably.

Cool stuff Tioh, I found my local hacker space meets the end of every month. Joined their FB page and am going to try to get there this month or next to see what it's all about.
