I really like what youve created here. I may have missed it in the posts but did you mention what the cost was for printing? Also you said you used wonder flex for the mouth and felt for the ears. The ears looked really thick in one of the shots so I thought maybe they were foss shape 600?

Any of the "parts" that Tioh has uploaded to Thingiverse are free to download and use on your own 3d printer or take to a company that can print them for you. A couple of them he uploaded to http://www.shapeways.com/designer/Tioh which is an on-line service that you can actually order a final product from. Price on that is determined by the choices in material.

I do not sell them - I only provide the 3d-model. With a hobby 3d-printer (like my Makerbot) you anly have to pay electricity and the material (about 30€ for 1kg). You do not need your own 3d-printer - there are hackspaces in many cities.
http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/ - many of those have a 3d-printer.
You can also print them at shapeways, but it will be expensive, because I did not optimise the model for a professional 3d-printing-service (that means it uses to much material).
The ears are Felt - glued with Plaast to the head. This will be the inner structure of the ear. I'll cover it with fake-fur from both sides.
The lower jaw and the inside of the muzzle is covered with one layer of Wonderflex.

I love the fact that you combine mediums. I actually thought you had covered foam in papermache' for the antlers when I first looked at the pictures. I've only played with the thermoplastics a little but it is a really cool product, So many applications!
