I videoed the tests on my Ipad. When trying to add them to a Facebook post it says they are to small, need to be min. 1k. Any ideas?

Got it. Had to upload it from my laptop.  Must be an IPad thing.

Progress has been moving slower than I'd like, but with weather delays and working out the mechanics I'm cutting it to close for comfort. Needs to ship by tomorrow.  It's starting to shape up.

Cool. I expect you are using an adhesive to stick the fleece to the foam? What size is this? I am facing a challenge, of making a stick man that is supposed to look like a stick... still chewing it over. Any advice from your end?

Way cool! At first I thought you where using styro foam to detail it out then realized he is soft sculpted of poly foam. Thanks for taking the time to share the build with us!

I hot glued the fleece to the foam grooves. It is 5'5" tall about 20" around.

Pagestep007, are you trying to make a human like walking stick insect or a cane (walking stick)?

Thanks, Shawn. Yes, other than the core which is solid it is covered with high density 1" foam and regular density 1" foam for the lines and features.  I'll post more photos shortly. Finished it tonight, exhausted and excited. Only wish I had the time to add branches. Customer choose to make the top their self to save on cost.
