Beautiful work! I know where to go if I ever decide to commission a certain character
Thank you for putting it so simply. This is big area of frustration for me. Looking at others work and then thinking mine has to be perfect. It is hard realizing that no puppet is perfect, whether it is home made or on a show like Sesame Street.
Lizzie, I am always amazed at the differences in building styles. It used to be very intimidating, thinking My puppets had to look like or I had to create things like what I was seeing. After viewing probably thousands of puppets and designs, I realized beauty and success really is in the eye of the beholder.

Here is my favorite example. If you look at the detail on the puppets, it's kind of rough, but this is my all time favorite puppet video. Makes me laugh so loud each time.

Love that video Julie, had not seen it before. Chaos Creatures used to be members but not sure the stop by anymore. I was really felling sorry for the homeowner who was going to have to clean up all that glitter till I realized it was a set. Nicely done.
