Looks like you had some fun with your kit. I really would have loved to have seen some pics of that puppet looking out the window!

I last-minute did the same as you... kind of. I just took a pattern, some fabric, thread, needles, pins and a pair of scissors. I didn't do much sewing but I'm glad I had it. I ended up going away via cruise ship (far less glamorous than it sounds) and overnight too. I spent a few hours sewing before attempting to get some sleep. -- Made a good change from doing what everyone else was doing. Playing on their ipads/phones/laptops or reading.
