Thank you. I'm sorry we don't sell patterns for our puppets, but if you take a look at the open mouth picture with the uncovered foam, you can see the shape of the bottom mouthplate. Cut a second mouthplate for the top jaw and duct tape together. Then start experimenting with foam shapes for the head and mouth foam. Experimenting is the best teacher.
