Like the Punch and Judy theater or Steve Hansen's Walking Theater?  I can't find a website.  Can't find a how to make it image too.  I would like to see the inside making of it.  If it's not to hard to make it, my little puppet stage I've used is upgrading.    

How is your current puppet stage made? At it's very basic, a walk around stage is the same as a normal one only you either attach it to a back pack or add suspenders to it.   When I say suspenders I mean two straps running from front to back that go over your shoulders. Might need to cross them in the back to make sure they don't fall off your shoulders. You can also add a detachable strap (Think heavy snaps or velcro) across the front of the chest from each "suspender" to help keep it in place.

Thank you very much, Mr. Sorrell.  My puppet stage is made out of 1/2" 11-12 PVC pipes.  I would like to the make the Walking Puppet Stage and attach to a backpack.  That would be easier.    

How do you attach something like that to a backpack?

Most backpacks have an aluminum pipe base I think. I am talking the deluxe camping backpacks. If I was going to do it I would strip off the cloth parts of the backpack so I could get to those.  I would then most likely simply drill holes in both the PVC of the stage piping and the aluminum pipe so I could bolt then together. It would depend on how your PVC stage was made but it should have a couple horizontal cross pieces on the back. I would tie into those.
