I'm 'leaving' puppetry. Most likely for good, although it may come up in the future depending on what I do next. It just won't be my main thing. I probably won't even do it as a hobby anymore, unless I'm particularly inclined one day.

Thanks to everyone here for their advice, kindness, loving and caring willingness to share, for your input and feedback, for listening to me when things got bad, and for just generally being the most amiable bunch of people I've ever met.

But the short of it is that for the time being I'm going to back to uni and study. First I plan on doing a short course in small business - so I'll be sticking with being an entrepreneur anyway - and then I hope to study history doing a Bachelor degree. Depending on how much I can afford anyway. (To those who donated to my campaign, please read above; your money has been kept aside for such study and so while it won't contribute to future puppetry works, it will contribute to making my life better in some small way)

I'll still be around here from time to time, but probably not as frequently. And you can always contact me via email if you want a chat.

Sad news, but excited too for your next chapter. Best of luck with everything. Sure you'll have your hand covered in felt before too long...(if my life as a student was anything to go by

Thanks. To be honest, I waver every day over what to do next and the only thing I can truly see in front of me is a BA. Maybe I'm just one of those people meant to be a forever-student rather than a worker...
