GREAT job! INDEED you have  put a LOT of work into that one! Kudos to you and your team. How were the rocks behind the campers done?

Thanks so so soo much!! We created the various cave background angles by compositing different variations of the same photo... then filmed the characters seperately on green screen... its tedious ...but the only way to really create exotic planet locations like that.

Thanks again for the kind words!!!!! I found the photo on a stock photo site and photoshopped it to match our planets terrain and the vibe of it all... then i reverse some of the shots and/or painted out some parts to give it the illusion of different angles... 5 of the episodes in our upcoming season take place on this planet... so ive spent weeks in photoshop turning dozens of still photos and stock videos into this world... its been fun! I can't wait for u guys to see the finished product!! We are shooting for a fall release now... we have 2 episodes in the can...completely scored and everything...and about 75% of the filming of the next four episodes... its the pesky effects shots that slow down progress so much... when ever single angle is a whole new project it just takes so long...compositing 4 or 5 characters in at the same time is tough too... lot's of patience and luck with timing...lol

we also did several lighting and blending techniques to get the cave walls to flicker with the fire... if u notice there are lots of things going on at once... theres also smoke...
