Hi Folks,

I have not been on a lot, and I am not sure if I have posted on this board before or have just lurked. I have been busy with a new apartment change, a new school year start (I am a teacher) and a new family member on the way . Here are two of my latest builds. Both were commissioned pieces and I absolutely love them. I have learnt so much with each puppet I have made this year and enjoy the hobby very much. I am working towards marionettes soon.







The red one is a tiny puppet. It was made for a smaller person and is about 5 inches shorter than the purple fellow.  "Fred" is the purple one and I get to see him every once in a while. The red puppet was unnamed and the owner moved back to Singapore.

I like that idea of not using fur on the red puppet hands so the fingers are more defined. Never occurred to me to try that.  They are pleasant and happy looking.
