Yonderland: Puppet Workshop Videos Posted by David on Oct 17, 2015
Some of you may be familiar with a new series that materialised over here in the UK, Sky 1's Yonderland. Written and Starring the Horrible Histories cast (another popular kids show over here), Yonderland features a mirage of human and puppet characters.

My recent obsession has me thinking about making one or two of the puppets, for my self amusement and one as a present for the Wife (ssssh!) and I came across these cool videos featuring interviews with the puppet crew.

While mostly laden with the interview, the videos has snippets of the puppets in a "workshop"/being used behind the scenes, I thought they'd be useful to someone whos interested in that sort of thing, like me!

We watched some of the Horrible Histories on Hulu. We liked them very much, very smart.  I like the rat puppet.

Wow... what I often wonder, is what the dynamics of the universe are, that enable things like this to come together. Knowing how much effort, and dollars, Euros, or pounds each shot represents....and there are thousands of those in such a production....and somehow it is all there on hand....   Impressive.

Starship Sassafrass, I also did some surfing around watching behind the scenes. Answers to my statement/question above came clearer the more I watched. I think this will be a phenomenon to watch. By the way, I really enjoyed your last Starship episode. Well done. (I did not get around to commenting)
