Have another con coming up, and the guests put the theme as Flash/Arrow/Gotham.  So, my cosplay will be a superhero, as Muppet of choice being Fozzie Bear.  Was thinking of doing a white and pink polka dotted Archer like Arrow, but that would be expensive.  So, standard superhero it is.  Cape, shirt, pants, outside underwear, and boots.  Thinking the Cape should be white with pink polka dots, tied around neck like a scarf.  Not sure on rest.  Curious what colors you think of if Fozzie was fighting crime in a comic.  Also planning on rubber chicken and bannana utility belt.

*edit:  Found a cheaper way to do an Archer using a renaissance pattern.  Just have to use faux leather instead of cloth.

If you are going archer how about a version of Fozzie's hat like Robin Hood with a feather?

Going to be using oilcloth and vinyl....I think.  For Fozzie, will be re-sizing the Punto pattern from Project Puppet.  The bow will be a painted kids bow, and I will attach rubber chickens to the arrows.  

I have cotton fabric that is white with big 1.25 inch pink poka dots just the right color for your bow. Not enough for the shirt sleeves but might make a big bow. 42x18 inches. Got it at Joanne fabrics about 2 years ago. I could mail it to you if you could use it.
