Looking for fabric like this.It is used for dusters for cleaning. I have seen rugs made out of it as well as pillows. It is a polyester; it is referred to as microfiber. One furniture company listed it as a "pencil" fabric.

I doubt you are going to be able to find this by the yard. I did find one company on-line that has a large variety of Micro Fiber but did not see anything exactly like this. https://www.palazzofabrics.com/finder.php?kind=Fabric&type=Microfiber-Microsuede You might be able to contact them and send a pick of what you are looking for and they might be able to find a source for you.

This is a fabric particularly designed for cleaning manufactures. It is called Chenille Cleaning Microfiber Fabric and as Shawn said will be hard to find by the yard. If you can find someone in the mop industry they may let you buy some scrap yardage.

The only problem I would see using the rugs would be the rubber backing.

Thank you! I have seen pillows made out of the fabric as well so I will have to see who would carry the pillows....
