We got invited to a birthday party for a friend's daughter.
So, my wife and I made her some sock puppets!

Haha, either way I'm betting the parents had their fun with them.

These have become like a meditative act for me. It's an organic process that I'm really enjoying.

The latest addition. These are just so fun and quick. I can envision and realize an idea in about half an hour.

Those look great!  Do you just glue the mouthplate to the sock?  Or is there any cutting involved?

For the ones posted so far the mouth plate is just glued on, but I'm plotting one that would require some actual sewing.

More soldiers! Actually the next 15 or so will be commissioned work. A Special needs class is bidding farewell to a student and I was asked to make puppets!
