Love the sausages, cute. I like how the knight's arms have sympathetic movements, they are nice and loose. You could make the dragons tail on another stick and he could use it in sword fight while his head is down,I assume you only have two hands, that would be funny.  We used to hang our snakes tail out the stage and make snoring noises before the show started, that was a hit. We used peg board on inside of stage with an open hook so we could hang up one puppet and pick up another quickly to swap them out with limited hands.  I loved your audience squeals of delight. When you can make the adults and well as the kids laugh you are good.
