Hi Preetcher, Just thought I would let you know, the advice you gave on the thread tension screw on my pfaff machine was correct. I finally had a technician do a house call. It was totally worth the money. He did a total overhaul of the machine. Dismantled it totally, cleaned it and reassembled it and adjusted everything on it including clutch and break. He even found a few things that were never really right even from when we were given the machine. So it really needed a lot more than just a little adjustment. It is running like a charm now. Thanks for your help.
