Carrot Top Missing? Posted in Carrot Top Missing? on Jan 03, 2009
I was browsing YouTube videos and found this.

It looks like the Steve Meltzer from the Santa Monica Puppetry Center was looking for the orginal puppet used in the 1953 MGM musical film “Lili”. He was hoping to reunite the puppet with Ms. Caron who stared in the movie at the 2008 Santa Monica Puppetry Festival. Looking at the pictures from the festival that was held this last October it looks like perhaps they found at least a "twin" of the little guy. The actual announcement page has not been updated yet so not sure what the back story is on the event.

We should have a Video section that can showcase our videos only...Only members can post.I agree with Sonny and it is something I have been working on of late. It is pretty easy for me to integrate YouTube content but actually setting things up so that folks can upload video here is a a bit more complicated. I am getting closer! I may end up going with just the YouTube (and other services) integration simply because I feel that then it gets the videos out to a larger audience then if they where just hosted here.
There are so many cool videos within this member base...we should highlight that.
Great work Spoon on your videos! Keep it up. The marionette really looks good.

Incredible piece of theater! Like Daryl, I wish it would come to the US. It looks like it is very well produced. I bet you are proud to have been a part of it.
Re: Some ideas for my site Posted in Some ideas for my site on Nov 17, 2008
I know that most business people would say that it is not good to promote your "competition" but I would encourage you to leave the article. First thought is that it might actually help in search engine results for your site. Perhaps a potential client would find you because they searched using a term related to a competitor. What you have to offer may not fit their needs or you may not wish to offer what the companies on your list offer.

Sorry that information was lost. The original poster decided they wanted to remove all their post on the forum.

I agree with the others, I think it is a great logo (job well done Titere) and don't think it is too complicated.
