O.k I have new pics, and yes it has been a while since I last posted I was actually busy with my reason for being, my comics, next month will feature chapter one of my first graphic novel.  Its a 40 pager issue, at my web site. anyway the #4 puppet has been foamed, and even has part of the inner mouth done, and #3 has some nice new root leggings. and i'm almost out of time for the puppet, the play opens the end of febuary. so yeah  need to get crackng.

no I will not be the puppeteer, and it's made from pvc tubing and metal pipes, the kind ya use for wiring.
there easy to bend.

I know the feeling of having more than one interrest Dahnaus. I used to draw alot, but since i discovered once again my love for puppets, i dont really draw anymore. I am having way more fun making my  own puppets. But for now, my puppets have been put asside for another one of my passions: genealogy. I know, its a far cry from puppets, but its one of my oldest passions. Finding out where my ancestors are from is a great quest that i started about 15 years ago. I have a few other passions that i go once in a while to. So i do know how you feel when you say that you are going from one project to the next, i am exactly that way.

Oh, and your puppets look amazing. A great hobby it is for all of us!

Should I was interested in geneology and right into my search I found that relatives were marrying each other. I suddenly stopped as I did not want uncover bank robbers and horse thieves.  I will just imagine I came from royalty. Perhaps a great puppet entertainer for a queen or king.

It's true, Billy D., you do discover embarassing things about your ancestors but you can also discover some very neat things.  My family discovers that we were descended from people that came to america on the Mayflower.  And another part of the family tree was important in the history of Virginia and Lousiana.  And In England there's a chaple that has stainglass windows with our family's coat of arms.

Then again there were also murders and other unpleasant people.  I guess sometimes you have to endure the bad if you want to find the good.
