Center For Professional Puppetry Posted by Donald Woodford on Jan 17, 2008
Hi All,
I hope I'm not repeating something that has already been told and I missed it.

I found a website with a wealth of resource, and I mean a wealth of resource for puppet building, be it latex, foam, wood or anything else. Many of the links have been mentioned here before but now you have it all in ONE site. Links can be found for costume making, parts, fur, eyes, stores and the list goes on and on.

There are two links there for "Building a Hot Wire Foam Cutter." Makes for cutting foam especially easy for the same piece several times real easy.

Need to build a stage, it's there. Need a script, it's there. Want to learn about carving puppets, it there. Want to learn how mold-making and casting, it's there. If it's related to puppets, it can be found there.

Am I forgetting anything...............

Oh yea, the site.

My favorites list consists of engraving sites (my j.o.b.) and puppetry sites. Weird combination according to my wife. Now if I could only figure out how to use a laser engraver to make puppets.
