Aren't I the Lucky Girl! Posted by newmodeller on Feb 24, 2008
My wonderful father in law has just given me the 40th birthday present to out do all others (except the lovely Kalevala Koru ring from Tim of course). He has given me a mint copy of Hansjurgen Fettig's book Glove and Rod Puppets, in English translation.
Now all I need is some free time to get making again.

You will love that book and it puts all others to shame. I love my copy and it will not leave my sight or be lent out.
I keep looking through it to keep my idea's fresh and the book is new each time you look at it. I always discover something that I over looked before. Well Happy Birthday to you with getting that book it is worth gold in it's weight.
Thanks for sharing....

What a thoughtful gift, you lucky duck you.
You're luckier than a truckload of rabbits' feet, still attached to the rabbits!

(running in the room a bit too late - panting heavy) " Hey everybody, what did I miss?"

"Hey everybody, what did I miss?"
It was Charlotte's birthday the other day and I jumped out of her cake wearing a tutu.
