I have to do a program for Administrative Assistants Day in April - about 200 women will be there.  I am looking for any ideas you all may have to send my way as I am planning this event.  They want a 30 minute program using my puppets (I am a ventriloquist) and some illusions.  Thanks for any help you can give me!!

You could have part of your program talking about the way Administrative Assistants are able to "magically" do everything their bosses require of them.  Understanding unintelligible notes and messages, anticipating directives, reading their minds.

You could work up a bit where one of your puppets reads your mind.  Shouldn't be too difficult.

My husband was kind enough to write me an awesome skit to use with one of my puppets. Now I need some ideas to use with my rabbit.  He is showing me his ideas for showing appreciation to employees - things like a one carrot diamond (which is a carrot glued on to a diamond shape), free-bees (foam letter B's). But I need a few more ideas.  Can anyone help!

I am racking my head for what you could do for this.  I guess some of it is what is all involved in these jobs that an administrators do.  Then try to find jokes around being an administrator with your vent doll, play with funny words that is one thing but means another and confuses your vent figure.  For illusions go to a magic sight and see if you could use office equipment (paper, pencils, staplers, cups paper clips, ect....) and see if you can find fun tricks that people could perform at there office to other employees to pass their days along.  Try to make a point when using these tricks to relate to their jobs as well.

Hopefully you can build something from these thoughts......
