gompie,

Which pictures do you not see?  Some pictures that are attached to post are large.  If you have a slow internet connection then it may take some time for them to show up.

gompie,

I can see only a few picture the rest is a nice red cross. I tried too click with my right mousebutton and tried to (how do you call that in English) put the picture on my computer so I can open it. And even ask it a friend how knows a lot about the computer and stuff. He told me that probilly the picture can't seen anymore because they aren't anymore on the forum.
It is a pity that I can't see them especially the pictures of the tutorials.
The pictures don't open, every time there is a message that tells me that there isn't a connection so it won't work.

I hope somebody can help me

by the way our computer is not the fasted but still very fast

I can see the pictures of the gallery that change every time (left on the screen) but not the ones in the posts

gompie,

Can you give me a link to the post where there are pictures you can not see?  It is possible that the images in that post are not located here at Puppets and Stuff but on another site and that they are now gone or that you have the settings on your computer to not show pictures if they come from another site then the one you are on.

I hope that makes sense to you.  I wish I could explain it in your own language.

I can understand you we learn english at a young age, on our telly we have movies in english with a subtiteling (in dutch translated in words in the bottom of the screen) so we learn a lot english but if you want I can give you lessons dutch.......

http://puppetsandstuff.com/community/index.php/topic,2994.0.html for example this one but I have seen maybe two picture here in the posts.

I can't see your picture under your name too. (or under the another names)

about the settings.. maybe that is the solution ..... I'm going to ask  my friend if he can look to it. It would be so nice to get it all in pictures too, pictures tells almost their own story......

Billy,
No that should not be affecting images on the website, only on a persons local computer.

gompie,
What browser are you using?  Can you never see my picture under post or is it only on some post?  On the post that you linked to, can you see the feather picture?
Re: pictures Posted by gompie on Mar 06, 2008
no I can't see the feather (only when I look to my own bird here)  I can't see any pictures in the posts even the .jpg pictures. I'm suprised if I can see a picture

internet explorer is the browser we use
Re: pictures Posted by Shawn on Mar 06, 2008
You might try downloading FireFox and seeing if that browser works better for you.  More then likely it is a setting in Internet Explorer that is causeing the problem but not sure what it would be for sure. Downloading FireFox and giving it a try could solve the problem for you and FireFox is normally faster then Internet Explorer.
