I'm really looking for either a Princeton or a Rod puppet in decent quality (no offense darkranth) ..

I think you may have missed out on a budding puppet master.  I can tell by darkranth's first attempt and then the start of the second two he is making that he is going to end up with some dynamite puppets by the third or fourth try.  Dan well do a great job for you also.  I just wanted to make sure that darkranth knows he is on the right track and that I can see the great potential in him!

Oh, why of course he is! I didn't mean to offend him, it's great... but the problem is I'm looking for a puppet asap, and don't feel like waiting for dark. But dark, nice job my friend.

Ive just taken a look at Darks youtube video, and it would be a crime if I didn't take an opportunity to say how great them first few attempts are. You are already producing a decent style of puppet making and you can only get better.

Cheers,
Dan

You should be very proud of yourself, that is some great work for the first time.  You certainly have some talent with more practice you will be making some pretty nice puppets.  Keep up the posts and keep showing us how your puppets come along.  We love pictures and end results.

The puppet looks very good. Love the big wide eyes! You might want to add a neck though - in the last photo, you can see right through the mouth to the wall of the room!
