I'm one of the four animators at a New Zealand based animation studio called Mukpuddy. See us online here http://www.mukpuddy.com

We've always been huge muppet fans, and have always been coming up with puppet show ideas, one of which we're currently developing for a future pilot. So I've recently started designing and building my own puppets

I've posted my progress on my blog http://www.wethesqueemish.com and have become entirely obsessed with making puppets.

While my skills are still growing, my background in animation is certainly helping as far as design goes.

I've been visiting this forum for a while now, and thought I should sign up and introduce myself.

    

So glad to see that you took the time to sign up with us.  I was looking through your blog and love the pictures you have drawn.  The puppets are looking great and the Panda has real personality. 

If you have any questions or have any comments please feel free to offer them.  As you may know there really isn't a right or wrong way to make puppets.....just your way.

Welcome to P&S.  You've done very well making your puppets.  I wish I had your background as an animator it would be helpful when I design my puppets.  Like Stiq I especially like the panda.  Keep posting your work on your blog page and we'll keep checking.  We like to what other puppet makers are doing and your doing great.

Welcome to Puppets and Stuff .......... I agree with Daryl and Jon, your work is very impressive. I indeed love the puppet. I agree that Pasha from http://www.projectpuppet.com is very helpful when it comes to helping you when working with there line of patterns. She has encouraged many to explore the possibilities. I think you are heading in the right direction.

Welcome to the family - we love new members especially ones with pictures!! I love the panda too!!

Wow your animation is AWESOME!!!  I can see big things for you with puppetry once you master your techniques.  I'm excited to see more from you.  I also really really love your pixel characters.  I used to love doodling like this with my paint program but now I had to get a Mac and don't know how to use the programs the same way.  Paint is the only thing I miss about my old PC.

So excited for you to join us!  Please keep up the posts because I want to see MORE MORE MORE! :D
