Interesring puppets................... I like the one with blue hair. How many different puppets do you own or do re-event the characters by changing wigs, etc.

Update :  I guess I should have scrolled down some more  :-[WOW those are some great looking caractures. That answers my question above.

Hey Jimmy:

Very cool!  Not a criticism, but are you trying to make scary characters?  I have a 4 year old nephew that would definitely be freaked out by them!

Off the wall! Odd ball! You have yourself a puppet freakshow there bro. Those guys are really going to bring you the attention you will need to be out there like you want. Trust me, to some they might be a little scary for others who like the mundane, they'll love it and everyone of those poeple who do see your act will NEVER forget you.

Keep it up, youre on to something!
Peace.
Sonny

Brilliantly Scary....I know you would have a great time at Halloween!

You seem to have a lot of puppets, I have lost count myself?

I hope that you can tape some of your show and put it up on You Tube, it looks like it is a very exciting show.

Thanks for showing us some of the characters in your collection......

Thank you very kindly. My brother Bobs store window (Chumleighs) in Kingston Ontario a used CD/VideoGame store where I display some of my puppets. Well some drunk after the bars broke the windows and stole the puppets. Not these ones but others. Ones that were very important to me as they all are. How dare they steal my dolls and puppets? It made me sick to my stomach at first. Almost needed to be treated for shock however with the support and donations of other puppets I'm feeling much better. The store is right near the hub of all the bars and night spots so I'm assuming it was some drunk punks but I could be wrong. It happened around 3 am after the bars clothes. Has any other puppeteer had their dolls stolen or vandalized before? Just curious...open up and share. Thanks, it would put my mind at ease. Perhaps we should install cameras in down town Kingston for after the bars just for when things like this happen. We could have caught the culprit if he or she was on tape.

YES I know these puppets are scary and freak people out thats part of the act...
Re: Jimmys new pix Posted by StiqPuppet Productions on Apr 14, 2008
Soooooo sorry to hear about that.    :'(

I have strict expectations when people want to show my puppets.  It has to be inside a locked cabinet and not in a window display, but inside the place they are being displayed.  This will reduce the chance of a smash and grab problem.  Art has become a high theft item no matter what medium you do.

BTW I am glad that you got some puppet donations it can make things feel a little better when human kindness happens.

Keep those puppets close and safe!

I can't believe that happened in Kingston isn't that a pretty small city?  I was there way back and remember it being a small type of city something like Brockville.  However I could be very wrong about that?

On another note I thought you lived in the Toronto area and not Kingston?  I don't know why I thought that but I just did.

Dude,

I am sorry to hear about your loss...It saddens me to hear that somebody would be drunk or even dumb enough to do something like this...you and your puppets have my deepest sympathies.

Sincerely,

It's time for Justice....Puppet Patrol is on the beat!!!

Let's keep our eye focused.
Can you make a list and some pictures of the puppets you lost??

Most likely if the puppets are sold might make it on Ebay.
If the criminal is smart, he wont list them in Canada.
All of us need to start watching for a posting of these on the internet for sale.

....did Stoner get snatched? Maybe I should put GPS units in each pup I make...lol

Sorry for the loss, I'd be sick too. It's like losing a good dog or a bad kid...I'm sad here too for you.
