I've been reading a lot today and looking round to buy some more supplies. As ever the UK can be a bit thin on the ground for some things and I often have to order from the US so I thought I'd start a thread of UK suppliers, especially for those things that the powers that be don't like us importing! I've been hunting around websites so haven't ordered from all of these so can't vouch for how good they are but at least it will save you some web surfing that's just taken me ages!

I have purchased from them many times and are very useful. They sell general stuff like artists paints and polystyrene balls, but the best for me is the limewood they sell for carving puppets.
