Thanks guys I'm glad you like him. I will try and take some better photos with the hands in the sleeves so you can get the real feel of his character. He is in fact a french chef a little stuck up on how amazing he is. Actually rather fun to use and not heavy at all. Hopefully this will be the start to more T.V. goodness for us and bigger and better jobs. I highly recommend antron fleece to anyone who wants to make a great puppet. Use a ladder stitch and then pick the fibers out and voila a no seem puppet.  Let me know if you have questions about the puppet. The hat is done with fake pleating. I basically just slowly worked my way around the hat gluing folds down as I went.

Oh wow, he's great and congrats on the tv spot! One day, I'll have to try out antron fleece as well. Maybe when my sewing skills improve.
