I'm coming to London for 4 days on april 23rd. to attend to the workshop "Puppetry for TV" by Michael Earl.

I would like to know Who lives in london and maybe we could chat a little abut puppets ?

Sorry you didn't get any takers on this.  I know we have some UK members but not sure how close they may be to London.  I hope you have a great trip in spite of the fact you could not find a puppet buddy there.  Perhaps if you have access to the internet in London you can check the thread while you are there... perhaps someone well speak up.

Sorry haven't had a chance to check the site lately! Aww this is a real shame. I just got back from London and hour ago! doh!

I'm about two hours north of London. If you fancy a trip around the great british isles and can make the trip up feel free! I would be happy to show you some of the countryside Real shame I didn't see this post before!

Oh you might want to post on puppet hub as there are at least two puppet girls who live down that way, Rebecca and Raven.. they might well be around!

Oh oh Oh and if you're in london do go see the little angel theatre if you get a chance to, its in Angel. I can give you a number to call if you can't track them down!

Well,...I came back from London. The MIchael Earl workshop was cancelled, but I had a great time with two great puppeteers: Geoff Felix (www.geofffelix.com) and Darryl Worbey (www.darrylworbeystudios.com). Very nices guys and very inspiring.

Wow things did work out for you on this trip, they both seem to be pretty talented artist's.

Is it just me or Darryl's website does not work.....I can't get past the ticket?

Stiq - It could be that your popup blocker is not letting the site open up.  With my borwser Darryl's web site came up as a popup and at first it was blocked.  In order to see it I had to temporarily disable my popup blocker.
