I have visited the site of Michael Baroto
http://home.att.net/~puppetparts/index.htm  and send him a mail to ask if I can buy parts. They have to be shipped to Belgium.
After 3 mails I haven't received any mail back.
Is there anyone who knows how I can get in touch with Michael? Thanks.

When you say "mail", do you mean email?  If so you might try his snail mail address: PO Box 1310 · Burbank, CA  91507-1310. Because of how his email is listed  on the site it is always possible that it gets a lot of spam and your email was filtered out or missed.
