If she is mentally well-endowed maybe you could have her sporting a pair of spectacles, and wearing a mortarboard.
Well-endowed colleges have lots of grants, scholarship funds, and chairs for visiting professors.
If she is well-endowed by her Creator, she'll have certain unalienable rights - like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
If you just want to give her an hourglass figure, what's so hard?

no,lol, but i dont know how to get the foam into the hourglass shape. do you have any pictures of female puppets that have the shape?

you answered you own question...just use the hourglass shape, cut two pieces and glue them together. Just make sure the clothing fits or youre wasting your time.
