Someone might even have a copy of the DVD that you could borrow.
You never know...
In the meantime, try going to your local library and asking about borrowing The Foam Book and/or DVD via interlibrary loan. You'll have to fill out a small amount of paperwork, you won't be able to renew them beyond the initial loan period, and it may take a few weeks for them to track down copies and convince another library to send them across the state or across the country, but it works.
I've done it with much rarer puppetry books.
