Hi Everyone! 
I'm so happy to find such a group. I'm looking forward to all the help and info. I love puppets and it's time to take it to the next step. I have several puppets from Jill Harrington;they have brought alot of joy to me and now it's time to share the love. Just recently, I ordered 2 from my hospital bed because I needed some company and unconditional love... LOL. They were with me day and night... Guess What.. I even had visitors knocking at my door... to visit them... I also left the hospital with an open invitation to come back, of course not alone.. but with my furry friends..
I am Dixe the Clown and facepainter for many years. I love to facepaint and yes clown around. I also work in a school with children with Autism and I do share my puppets and they love them. I take care of the puppets at our school library, but they are not used as often, so I hope to some day incorporate a lesson/show for the students. I need all the help I can get. I would love to learn everything from construction to production. Hope to speak with you all. Thank you....

Welcome!! I have used one of Jill Harrington's creations - a rabbit - in my preschool for a number of years and the kids LOVE him!! You will learn a lot here and please share all about yourself!
