Hi! An other post about me looking for fur except this time I got money!!! So now is my problem: I need 3" (and more if possible) long fur for Nicky from Avenue Q (here's a picture of him http://images.wikia.com/puppet/images/4/41/Nicky.jpg). And I can't find something like this. I've bought mendels 3" fur for Trekkie but it's only 2" in fact, so I wonder if there's a way to measure the lenght of fur...

Any help is really appreciated! Give me all your good fur adresses!

Have you looked at the hobby/craft store for the fur that comes in about 2' X 4' strips?  You normally don't find it in the fabric section but where they sell things like pipe cleaners, pom pom balls and other thing like that used for kids crafts.  That well be about the longest fur you are going to be able to find unless you get lucky and someone has had a large lot of fur manufactured for them and are selling of the excess.

It would appear that your in Canada and this might not be a viable solution for you due to cost of shipping, but if all else fails.... this company does sell 3" shaggy fur as well as lots of other nice furs of various colors.
