hi everyone,  , been searching on the net for the last couple of weeks and delighted to have come across this forum
i am a montessori teacher, i have three children and no experience whatsoever in puppetry.
i am very interested in putting together programmes for preschools and would greatly value any advice anyone can offer me.
i have purchased 'storytelling made easy with puppets' and am waiting on it to arrive.
any recommendations for dvds books etc would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to puppets and stuff.  This is the right place to ask questions about puppetry.  We have a whole section on the forum devoted to puppetry in education I believe that you can glean quite a bit of helpful information there.  There are also teachers here that have experience using puppets in the classroom so feel free to post your questions and comments.

While there are great books and videos available for purchase, there is also a lot of good free information available online, too. Puppetry sites are sprouting up like weeds after a spring shower these days.
