Stiqman:
I'd love to see how you lay it all out! Picture?
Billy:
Oh, thank you so much for the photo and update on Magenta. Now I know to pray for her and her new son. Wow, he's a big one! Very cute too!

What a beautiful baby-boy...I love the little socks on his hands, I know otherwise he hurts himselfs but these are very cute.
I love his name Isaiah and the meaning: God is salvation .................He will do it on His way

Hi Puppetlady,
Can you share how you covered Mary Jane and what type of fabric did you use? I made a puppet using this pattern and cover it but it didn't come out right. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Can you help? Maybe some pictures?

Well how do you like that! The person who created this video has actually released the patterns for them on PDF! http://puppetsbrazil.blogspot.com/ Nice Braga is the person who created them and she emailed me today. I knew of the blog but did not realize these where available. I encouraged Nice Braga to join our community although I realize it may be difficult for here since we normally post in English. Now let's see Brazil is what language? Need to get the translator set up in my browser.
P.S. Some one by the name of Andrew is listed as a team member on her profile... I wonder if that could be our Andrew.

Angel:
I made the head pattern up in 1/2 inch foam first.
This is the foam completed ready for fleece. In the photo, the head is not attached yet to the body tube and the eyes are merely resting on top for reference.
I then cut Antron fleece using the same pattern (I may have added an inch to the long straight edge of the pattern to allow for tucking up and over into the mouth plate. I hand sewed the seams. I think I cut my fleece so the stretch was across the face from ear to ear as opposed to from head top to lip. If anything, the fleece could be cut smaller than the foam in the direction of the stretch because once I glued the fleece around to the inside of the mouth I did get a little puckering on the lower lip.
Hope that helps.
I did not do any tucking on my fleece where I had tucked on my foam. I merely pulled that fleece cover over and worked it smooth. I had a little extra near the mouth in some places so I trimmed the excess leaving just enough to stretch up and over the lip into the mouthplate for gluing. I glued my red mouth fabric in afterwards to hide edges.

I found out today that she released it too, but in a CorelDraw file, which I have been unable to open. Do you have the pdf then?
Re: weee...made pattern for this video tutorial Posted by Shawn on Aug 19, 2008
Yep the PDF is on her blog right above the CorelDraw version.
