Great minds think alike!  Scroll down the page and you'll see some diagrams of how a PVC stage is made.  Kind of hard to follow since it is not in English but the images are very clear and concise.

Sounds like you know her Shawn. Is Nice Braga her name then?  Does she speak some English?
Re: weee...made pattern for this video tutorial Posted by Shawn on Aug 19, 2008
No I don't know her, she just emailed me today and I looked up her profile at the blog site. I am not sure how much English she speaks but she did email me in English.

Thanks Puppetlady so much.  I'm going to try and cover another head this weekend.  Boy have I messed up some foam, but it's a learning experience, trail and error .  That was so nice of Nice Braga to share her patterns, and also Magenta and Puppetlady (whose patterns look just like Nice Braga).  Shawn if you ever get a translator her NB's language I would to thank her for being so kind.  Thanks again gang.

Does anyone know if Nice Braga has released a pattern her Tutorial Making Puppet video? It's located on her wedsite: http://puppetsbrazil.blogspot.com  in her archive on the (left side) under the month of June (Junho 2007); scroll down to where it says "Tutorila Making Puppet".  Shawn is it possible for you to check with her if you get a chance? If not can someone (Puppetlady, Magenta [I know you have a lot going on careing for your son which definetly comes first]) a pattern for this, that's if it's not violating any rights.

Hi!  My name is Andrew and I am a good friend and co-worker of Cicero and Nice.  They are two very talented individuals, and it is my great pleasure be able to work with them.  (I am the "Andrew" listed in their blog).  I believe Nice is registering here as well.  She reads English fairly well, and can get by with writing it...but I am available to translate as needed.

I thought you might like a little information:  We live and work in the interior of the state of CearĂ¡...about eight hours from the city of Fortaleza.  I am a missionary working with Baptist churches in the area.  Cicero and Nice (pronounced NEE-see) are members of one of those churches.  For the last two years now we have been producing a little puppet segment for a TV program broadcast on a local station by our churches.  We have been steadily improving equipment, film quality, and technique.  We have a long way to go...but we have also come a long way.  We set up a little site for the segment (www.cidadefeliz.com) and there is a link to our videos on Youtube (these are all in Portuguese, unfortunately).

Andrew Welcome to Puppets and Stuff. I'm a great supporter of missionary work. We appreciate all the work that each of you do. Thank each of you for sharing the pattern with us. If we can be of help to you just let us know.
