weldone it looks great, did you make him? if so when you made the arms did you put foam in the top part of the arm and your hand go's in half way up the puppets arm right? i got to make one of these types of puppets and i am getting a bit confused about where the my arms go.

great puppet buddy keep up the good work

the top part of the arm is lightly stuffed with clutterfil. it is like tiny little balls of stuffing. they use it for baby toys cause it always stays squishy unlike polyfil that would make the arm alot less flexable.
my hand goes in at the red fur at the wrist.i just left it unstitched on the bottom seam so i can stick my hand up into the glove.
then i have a red fur sleeve on my forearm to blend in with the fur on his arm. i plan on adding a little green fur to it so i can raise his arm even higher.

Love those moving eyes brows with scary teeth.

You can also go up through the body of the puppet and into the full length of the arm as well.  Especially with monsters they usually have larger furry bodies and so the full arm length works great and less work is needed.  For more "human" like puppets going in at the wrist will work since you don't want larger arms and bodies.  However there is never a quick fast rule to puppets just more thoughts on how to approach each idea.

Thanks for sharing your puppet with us.

i had considered that method but it wasn't really an option cause i was working with a super limited amount of the green fur. a friend had cleaned out her studio and gave me a few boxes of fur including both the green and the red furs. in fact i had to end up frankensteining together  little scraps to make the green part of the arm sleeves the puppeteer wears.
the next live hand monster i make will probably have use the method you described. thanks so much for the tips!

thanks everyone for all there nice comments too!!!!
