From their terms and conditions:

The compilation of all content on ProjectPuppet.com is the exclusive property of Project Puppet and protected by United States and international copyright laws. All software used on or provided by ProjectPuppet.com is the property of Project Puppet or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any graphics not owned by Project Puppet that appear on ProjectPuppet.com, or in print form, are the property of their respective owners, and protected under United States and international copyright laws, and are used in connection with such laws."
and
"Project Puppet grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of its Products and ProjectPuppet.com. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Project Puppet Products such as patterns, instructions, materials and other products. Project Puppet Products provided for you are intended for your personal use only, and are not for resale or commercial use. This license does not authorize the purchasing of Project Puppet products for use in mass production of puppets, whether for free distribution or commercial gain. This license also does not include the downloading (other than page caching) or modification of ProjectPuppet.com, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Project Puppet. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of ProjectPuppet.com without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Project Puppet's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Project Puppet. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Project Puppet. Project Puppet must first authorize any creation of a hyperlink to the home page of ProjectPuppet.com by express written permission. Project Puppet may grant such hyperlink so long as the link does not portray Project Puppet, or its products in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Project Puppet logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission."
... Short answer: no.
Why not try making your own puppets and create a pattern as you go? That's what I've been doing, and it's not at all hard to do.

I would love to make my own patterns, I just dont have any experience in making patterns at all and I thought that if I use remade patterns I can get use to and see how the patterns work. I still dont understand how to make a pattern. Granted I still havent read anything about that, so that could be why lol
Thanks for the help

Well, what I do when I build my puppets (note: I haven't used anything from Project Puppet, but do use The Foam Book) is to make paper patterns of everything as I go. For instance, when I create the mouth, I then lay it down on a piece of paper, trace everything, and then scan it to my computer. From there I clean up the picture, tracing the outlines of important features. Then I print out the picture, compare it to the paper pattern, and then resize it if it's not the same size.
I do the same when making the foam head, and make sure I take all measurements if needed.
Perhaps you need to do more experimental building and develop your own style first, and then make patterns once you're more confident about how to do it.
Although you may make moderations to the patterns from Project Puppet, I'm sure that they would take issue with you using them anyway; and it's better to be safe than sorry.
If you don't have it or have seen it, you should check out The Foam Book, because it teaches you to make your own muppet without providing patterns.

Re: question about selling Posted by Na on Aug 07, 2008
I haven't gotten the DVD, just the book. I guess though for some people, they prefer the DVD because it's easier to follow with a visual explanation - the book is good; perhaps someone else could post what they think of the DVD.
