The VP suggested we add Google Calendar.  Any advice?

Nice work Elly!  I think adding Google Calendar is a great idea. It should be pretty easy for you to do and I would imagine you can embed it into your site if you want.  The instructions supplied at Google Calendar are pretty straight forward.

You were right...the Google Calendar was pretty painless.
The painful part is adding all the events!

I wanted so bad to be able to make it last weekend to the Seattle Festival but I had another engagement that I counldn't get out.  I am hoping to be able to make it next year and maybe our Guild will be ready to join the roaming festival. 

It looks like a great time by all and some great puppets came out to entertain.  I wish you all the best in Victoria's contest and to share some pictures. 

Your website looks great I am going to connect it to ours and hope that you let us know any calendar events.

Will you be at the last part of the festival in Victoria on August 23rd? The Victoria guild is inactive...as in not enough people to maintain a guild...so they do need the support. Plus it is also where the guild challenge will be.
Since it's the last one, I think the Regional meeting will be held there too. So the new regional director will be decided there I would guess.   It will also be decided where the next regional festival will be held...the roaming festival was an experiment this year only.  I don't think it'll happen again.
 
Seattle's next annual festival is May 16th so save the date ok?
