Some of you saw my announcement of Authentic People in the introduction section.
If you haven't, Authentic People is my upcoming puppet series, featuring a cast of zanny
characters, and light humor that is easy to digest. Today, I would like to deliver some shots
of Latisha. Latisha is a basic hand puppet, with googley eyes, and an animal print dress.
Her hair is in dreadlocks, made with tightly braided cotton yarn, her head is stuffed with rubber foam and pollyfill,
and her arms pure pollyfill. Her best feature is her facial expressions, she always has a surprised look on her face,
while her worst feature is her tongue, which was glued on a little to close to the lip, causing me to have to extend the
lip with a bit of pollyfill. Please Enjoy and Comment.
