Hi. My name is Miguel. And as you can see I'm new. No even here but in the world of puppets (Making puppets), Like 2 or 3 months ago.
Well, I always love puppets since my childhood (Like I said to some of you, I didn't have one), but no only now, I want to have one, but to learn how to create them.
I'm from Colombia (Actually Venezuelan, but lived in Colombia), and have like almost 12 years in USA (NY City). And I really want to learn this art, and the tecnic you have.
I would appreciate your help, I want your advise with instructions, patterns, and more of you (Advise that would be a great value)

You did it............... Welcome to the world of Puppets and Stuff. I was telling Miguel that if he did not understand how to manuver around the site to feel free to ask questions and any of us would be glad to help.

Well now that you have opened the door, take your coat off and stay a while. Make yourself at home look at some past past post by using the search box located at the top right hand page..... If you are looking for a old archived post click on the magnifying glass
You then add a key word like patterns and say my name Billy D. Fuller and it will bring up any post with the word patterns in it.
We will help you any way we can.

  so glad that you found us.....we love to help and there is plenty of info on this site ready to be utilized.  I hope you learn and make all the puppets that you want or need.  It is great fun to make puppets and share them as well.

There are puppets patterns that you can provide me in this media for me to start (I made few puppets with socks, and they don't look good, but because i did it, i love them "My job of course", because of the time invested) that if you think is good I will post them!

But, please help me to do a good qualities puppets like yours!

Miguel, so glad you found your way onto the forum.  If there's any way I could be helpful to you just ask.

You asked about patterns.  Billy gave you some good links to get you started.  You can also find some patterns on my blog page http://bashfulpuppet.blogspot.com/. You find the puppet building resource links in a menu on the right.  Unfortunately there are no instructions with the patterns but if you need advice just get on the forum and ask.
