Hello to everyone

My Name is Roland Dell'mour and I am a 3D-Animator / Puppetteer / Artist from Vienna, Austria.
I have uploaded some of my work to youtube and was asked thereafter by Billy D. Fuller and Shawn Sorrell
to join this community.
I am happy to do so now.

I have studied and finished 'MultiMediaArts' from 2002 to 2006 at the Salzburg University of
Applied Sciences, where I majored in 3D-Animation. In addition to 3D-Animation I have always
been interrested in Experimental Animation an Puppetry.
Therefore I wrote my diploma-thesis on the subject of "Emotive Film Puppets".
The practical part of my diploma was the creation of a low-cost Real-Time-Animation System
for Maya.



Since I have finished university I have worked on many different projects, of which several
have dealt with puppetry.

e.g. a giant marionette dubbed "DragonFly" that was created during "The Schmiede"
Art-Festival, Salzburg in Summer 2007.

I love your little digital puppet,  I would love to explore more of that work but busy enough with the foam puppets.  You've got some great talent and thanks for sharing them with us.
