You got it.  Simple clean and colourful.  I like the way the puppet is personally because it highlights your name (Bashful) so you want him slightly hiding IMO. 

Wow within 24 hours you made a whole new logo......very impressive.

Well I woke up at 2:30 am and never went back to sleep.  It seems that the creative juices really get flowing in the middle of the night.  I just got up and in a few hours there it was.

I only have publisher and paint to work with so maybe some day I pass it off to someone that is a real graphic artist and they can produce a cleaner image for me.  until then this is it.

What is publisher, how does it work and where do you get it? well of course online or a store but what name is it? Just curious............... I want to learn to do this.

Publisher is short of Microsoft Publisher.  It's part of the microsoft office suite but can also be purchased separately.  It's sort of like Adobe pagemaker and its designed for layingout and preparing publications for print.  Hence the name publisher.  It has some very limited drawing capabilites but is really not designed for use as a drawing program.  Any serious graphic arts person wold work with a prgram that's actually made to produce graphic arts.  But you work with what you have.

I like it - but I agree, the image needs to be 'tidied'. It's a bit pixelated on my computer. What's the resolution size?

I think your newer Bashful Puppet logo is a great improvement!  Your old avatar was a bit confusing.  This is much more straightforward.  The puppet hiding just the way you have it is great.  The shortened BP version is not as appealing.  British Petroleum uses that abbreviation in green as well and I couldn't help but make that association.
