The eyes are craft frog eyes. I purchased them at Joanne Fabric. I have seen them other places, and I think online, but can't remember exactly where. They are not flat, but not full dome shapes.

Ah, thanks. I haven't seen anything like them available here... may have to do some online shopping

Is that a David Pannabecker puppet pattern?  The torso looks familiar.
