Ok it looks like paypal is only giving the link for the last one when buying more than one video. Sorry I am working on trying to fix this but for now you will have to do them one at a time or email me for the other links. Everyone has been very patient thank you for that. Its hard to anticipate what will go wrong until you actualy go live.

Hi Guys,
Not sure what to do here...I ordered all of Jay's videos yesterday, and I still haven't received a link or anything.  I did email him, but I haven't heard back from him either.   Any suggestions?  I would really like to be able to watch them tomorrow night, since that's my only night that I'm free.
Is there something I was supposed to do, while ordering?

You should have received a link to a download site immediately after you paid.  If you have already contacted Jay he will probably get back to you and give you a refund.  If not, contact him.  He's good about issuing credit for downloads that fail.  If you are really eager to watch them, than you could try the process again, but this time purchase one at a time.  I had problems buying more than one video at a time myself.  There may be some issues with buying more than one at a time that have yet to be cleared up.

Yes I back up puppetlady suggestion you can purchase them again...but buy one at a time and download one at a time  before purchasing the next one. 

They are full of great hints and gives you new idea's on making puppets at a professional point of view.

I will do that...but I would really like to get reimbursed first for the ones that I already ordered.  Do you think Jay is out of town or unavailable?  I haven't been able to contact him.

I would guess he's working on the three puppets he was making for clients.

I did the same thing as you and missed the links.  I'm sure he'll do with you like he did for me.  If you email him to let him know what happend he'll look it up and see that you paid.  Then send you the links when he gets back on. No need to buy them again.
