Question for all you performers - I am trying to get my 2009 pricing set up and am wondering about a couple things from those of you who are more experienced.  How many of you include mileage in your prices as opposed to charging mileage in addition.  Do you have different pricing for programs of different lengths for example a price for a 20 minute show, a 30 minute show and a 45 minute show., or do you have one price for shows no matter what length.  I am wanting to make pricing the easiest for my clients but also be fair to myself.  I am curious as to what all of you do.
