You can use RIT dye and you can get it at Micheal's Craft Store. You can dye it in a washing machine set the machine to hot water and fill it up on low water setting depending on how much you need to dye. and put the material in and make sure you swish it around with your hands gently. Let it set. Then drain the machine and rinse out the fleece with cold water until the water runs clear. You can also do the same procedure in a sink or tub or a large container. Home tap hot water is good enough, you don't need boiling water. Your sink or bath tub may have a little dye on it when you are done but it will fade away as you clean and use it.
Lie your fleece out flat or hang it to dry. You can find RIT dye recipe's to make new colours here http://www.ritdye.com/home.lasso. You can either use the powder or liquid RIT Dye's (I personally like the liquid dye easy to mix but the colours are a little limited).
Hope this helps....

I agree with Daryl that liquid is better however if you decide to use the powder I do rec comend dissolving the powdered dye in hot boiling water on the stove until all granules have disintegrated and then strain Thur some scrap tee-shirt fabric. Then it will be equivalent to the liquid and ready for your machine or tub dye bath. I just dissolved it in my machine my first time and it left spots from where some of the dye did not completely dissolve. I would hate for you to ruin your fleece.

I use powdered RIT dye in a large shallow tub full of very hot water. I rinse by hand and then spin the remaining water out in the washing machine then hang to dry.
