Hi, guys. This is a new puppet done by me, following the melonhead pattern instructions from project puppet (Great!)

His name is Professor Darkin. He is a evolutionist. He wants to explain without success how life come to exist by evolution theory.

He looks good.  I like the look of the bushy eyebrows, mustache and goutee (sp??).  What did you use for the eyes?

I wouldn't have thought to make the hair royal blue, but I'd have to say I rather like it.  Did you find the pattern easy to use?  I think you did quite well.  The eyes of your character, while not quite focused, do reinforce the idea that your character as a scientist might be at loose ends when it comes to pulling together a good argument for his theory.  (I secretly like that he bumbles at proving the evolutionary theory because I personally think it has some glaring weaknesses.  I have a Bachelor's in Science.)  Glad to see you at the puppet building again!  Let us know how Helen's pattern compares as far as ease of use.  I have yet to try it, but will probably try it next month myself.

The eyes I made it with ping pong balls cut in half, and the pupils are craft foam!

Yes He's a science professor (Like I said evolutionist, that why the eyes), but still don't find the way to proof what he said he is. Just give bunch explanation that no only confuse people but himself.

The hair, because I want to make a video clip of it (Regarding evolution vs creation). Pleas pray for me!

And yes, It was easy to made it with that pattern
