This is the first of several "Commercials" I am making to run at church to recruit people for puppet voices. The background is done in Paint and the puppet is one I made. My son is the puppeteer and the voice. I'm still experimenting with green screen so have lighting issues to work out.

How do I post the video on the site?

Never Mind. It worked. I just didn't give it time to process. My bad.

I fixed it. You simply put the id number between the youtube BBcode tags. You can click on Modify of the post to see what I mean.  I am going to try and make a change to this so that folks can simply past the url to the video page and have it show up but that well be a bit down the road.

I like the background (great work with the green background edition). The way the puppet move (For my concept) is really professional.

You need to have greenscreen editing capabilities on your video editing software. I use Pinnacle Ultimate 12. I like the software, but am still learning how to do the greenscreen. These are the first two videos I've done with GS, and am finding that the second one has a lot of movement in the antenae, so I may have to limit what I do with that puppet. I'll be posting the second video shortly. I have two more that I'm working on as well, one based on Mission Impossible and the other on Get Smart. But those are a bit more involved, as I am doing voiceovers as well as several different shots that I'm combining.

I do find the erratic movement of the antennas distracting.  He's a cute puppet, and live his antennas are probably fine but in the video they really make my eyes go squirilly.  If I watched for too long I might even get a headache.  If you could stiffen up the antenna it would slow the bounce and they would probably be ok.

Are the antenae made from springs? It would be neat if you could contol them with some type of pull device from inside the head that would pull them close to the head and release them when the puppet seems excited. It is a bit destracting.................. but otherwise a great job on the video. Where will you be sharing this video? I know some Churches have the big screens and offer announcements and things like short videos before Church service starts.
