Not puppets, but fun - creating characters in clay Posted by Ron G. on Oct 13, 2008
This YouTube time-lapse video shows the creation of two custom tiki mugs in a little over a minute. They might make fun puppets if they were crafted in foam instead of clay, though I am biased, being a big tiki fan.

PS
More fun characters in clay, this time possibly polymer clay from the looks of it. I know that I recognize some of the characters. They remind me of Tim Biskup's work a little, but I don't think that he did them. Anybody recognize these fun monsters? (Slow-loading, image-intensive pages - click photos to enlarge)

Good find Ron.................... that reminds me of Art School. I can't wait to get back into working with clay. Loved the viseo those mugs were awesome.
All of those little guys have potential to be great puppet characters. What a imagination

They are very cute finds, I could certainly see puppets being made from these sculptures.
